- fresh cherries3/4 cup
- dried hibiscus flowers1 tablespoon
- honey1–2 tablespoons
- lemon juicejuice of 1 lemon
- pineapple juice1 cup
- vodka1/2 cup
- sparkling waterto top
👨🍳Instructions
- Add cherries to a medium pot.
- Mash until nearly pulp-like.
- Add 1 cup water.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Remove from heat.
- Add hibiscus.
- Cover and steep 10 minutes.
- Strain into a pitcher.
- Press out juices.
- Discard solids.
- Stir in honey, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and vodka.
- Chill.
- Pour over ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
