Ingredients
- fresh cherries3/4 cup
- dried hibiscus flowers1 tablespoon
- honey1–2 tablespoons
- lemon juicejuice of 1 lemon
- pineapple juice1 cup
- vodka1/2 cup
- sparkling waterto top
Instructions
- 1Add cherries to a medium pot.
- 2Mash until nearly pulp-like.
- 3Add 1 cup water.
- 4Bring to a boil over high heat.
- 5Remove from heat.
- 6Add hibiscus.
- 7Cover and steep 10 minutes.
- 8Strain into a pitcher.
- 9Press out juices.
- 10Discard solids.
- 11Stir in honey, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and vodka.
- 12Chill.
- 13Pour over ice.
- 14Top with sparkling water.
