Ingredients
  • Whole milk1 cup (240 ml), plus more as needed
  • Sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Hass avocados, halved, pitted, flesh scooped2 medium (about 8 oz/225 g each)
  • Ice10 oz (285 g), about 10 cubes
  • Strongly brewed coffee (e.g., double espresso)1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Kosher or sea saltPinch
  • Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)to taste
Instructions
  1. 1Combine milk, sweetened condensed milk, avocado, ice, coffee, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
  2. 2Blend on high until smooth, 30–60 seconds.
  3. 3Divide the shake between the serving glasses.

Pro Tip

  • Optional: drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside of the serving glasses.
  • Add a splash more milk if a thinner shake is desired.
  • Serve immediately.
