Ingredients
- Whole milk1 cup (240 ml), plus more as needed
- Sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup (120 ml)
- Hass avocados, halved, pitted, flesh scooped2 medium (about 8 oz/225 g each)
- Ice10 oz (285 g), about 10 cubes
- Strongly brewed coffee (e.g., double espresso)1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Kosher or sea saltPinch
- Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)to taste
Instructions
- 1Combine milk, sweetened condensed milk, avocado, ice, coffee, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
- 2Blend on high until smooth, 30–60 seconds.
- 3Divide the shake between the serving glasses.
Pro Tip
- Optional: drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside of the serving glasses.
- Add a splash more milk if a thinner shake is desired.
- Serve immediately.
