Ingredients
- Fresh orange juice60 ml
- Vodka20 ml
- Gin20 ml
- Cava (Spanish sparkling wine)50 ml
- IceAs needed
Instructions
- 1Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
- 2Add 60 ml freshly squeezed orange juice.
- 3Add 20 ml vodka.
- 4Add 20 ml gin.
- 5Stir until the shaker is well chilled.
- 6Strain into the serving glass.
- 7Gently top with 50 ml cava.
Pro Tip
- Serve very cold.
- Traditionally served in a champagne coupe ("seno de María Antonieta").
