Ingredients
- cinnamon-infused bourbon (see instructions)2 oz

- Angostura bitters3 dashes

Instructions
- 1Toast a cinnamon stick.
- 2Submerge it in bourbon to infuse for a few hours up to 1 day.
- 3Strain the infusion.
- 4Combine 2 oz cinnamon-infused bourbon, 0.25 oz demerara syrup, and 3 dashes Angostura bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 5Stir for about 30 seconds.
- 6Strain into a double old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
- 7Express or flame an orange peel over the drink.
