- Limes, quartered4

- White rum8 oz (1 cup)
- Dark rum2 oz (1/4 cup)
- Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen3 1/2 cups
- Canned coconut cream (unsweetened)1 cup
- Lime zest (for rim)zest of 1 lime
- Granulated sugar (for rim)2 tbsp
- Flaky sea salt (optional, for rim)pinch
👨🍳Instructions
- Combine lime zest, sugar, and a pinch of flaky sea salt on a shallow plate.
- Rim the glasses with the lime sugar.
- Muddle lime juice with basil (or mint) and 1–2 tbsp lime sugar in a shaker or jar.
- Add white rum.
- Add dark rum.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake to combine.
- Strain into a blender.
- Add pineapple chunks.
- Add coconut cream.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add about 3 cups of ice.
- Blend until slushy.
- Pour into the prepared glasses.
