Ingredients
- Watermelon (seedless or deseeded), chopped6 dkg (~60 g)
- Aperol6 cl
- Cane sugar2 tsp
- Lime, chopped1/2 lime
- Dry sparkling wineto top
- Crushed iceas needed
Instructions
- 1Muddle the chopped half-lime with cane sugar in a tall glass.
- 2Blend the watermelon with Aperol to a smooth puree.
- 3Add crushed ice to the glass.
- 4Pour in the watermelon–Aperol mixture.
- 5Stir to combine.
- 6Top with dry sparkling wine.
Pro Tip
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge (optional).
