- cream sherry75 ml (about 2 1/2 oz)
- egg1 whole
- sugar syrup1 tsp
Instructions
- 1Add the cream sherry, whole egg, and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- 2Shake hard until well chilled and frothy.
- 3Strain into a chilled glass.
