Ingredients
  • cream sherry75 ml (about 2 1/2 oz)
  • egg1 whole
  • sugar syrup1 tsp
Instructions
  1. 1Add the cream sherry, whole egg, and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. 2Shake hard until well chilled and frothy.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled glass.
  4. 4Grate nutmeg over the top.
