Ingredients
- Frozen cantaloupe (from fresh cantaloupe, chunked and frozen)100 g
- Tequila50 ml
- Triple sec25 ml
- Fresh lime juice25 ml
- Agave nectar15 ml
- Sea salt (rim; optional)to taste
Instructions
- 1Halve the cantaloupe.
- 2Deseed the cantaloupe.
- 3Remove the rind.
- 4Cut the flesh into 2–4 cm chunks.
- 5Freeze for at least 3 hours.
- 6Add 100 g frozen cantaloupe, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave to a blender.
- 7Pulse 20–30 seconds until smooth and slushy.
- 8Pour carefully to avoid dissolving the rim.
Pro Tip
- If desired, rim the glass with lime and sea salt.
- Garnish as desired.
- Serve immediately.
