- Frozen cantaloupe (from fresh cantaloupe, chunked and frozen)100 g
- Tequila50 ml
- Triple sec25 ml
- Fresh lime juice25 ml
- Agave nectar15 ml
- Sea salt (rim; optional)to taste
👨🍳Instructions
- Halve the cantaloupe.
- Deseed the cantaloupe.
- Remove the rind.
- Cut the flesh into 2–4 cm chunks.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Add 100 g frozen cantaloupe, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave to a blender.
- Pulse 20–30 seconds until smooth and slushy.
- Pour carefully to avoid dissolving the rim.
