Ingredients
  • Frozen cantaloupe (from fresh cantaloupe, chunked and frozen)100 g
  • Tequila50 ml
  • Triple sec25 ml
  • Fresh lime juice25 ml
  • Agave nectar15 ml
  • Sea salt (rim; optional)to taste
Instructions
  1. 1Halve the cantaloupe.
  2. 2Deseed the cantaloupe.
  3. 3Remove the rind.
  4. 4Cut the flesh into 2–4 cm chunks.
  5. 5Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  6. 6Add 100 g frozen cantaloupe, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave to a blender.
  7. 7Pulse 20–30 seconds until smooth and slushy.
  8. 8Pour carefully to avoid dissolving the rim.

Pro Tip

  • If desired, rim the glass with lime and sea salt.
  • Garnish as desired.
  • Serve immediately.
