  • Frozen cantaloupe (from fresh cantaloupe, chunked and frozen)100 g
  • Tequila50 ml
  • Triple sec25 ml
  • Fresh lime juice25 ml
  • Agave nectar15 ml
  • Sea salt (rim; optional)to taste

👨‍🍳Instructions

  1. Halve the cantaloupe.
  2. Deseed the cantaloupe.
  3. Remove the rind.
  4. Cut the flesh into 2–4 cm chunks.
  5. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  6. Add 100 g frozen cantaloupe, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave to a blender.
  7. Pulse 20–30 seconds until smooth and slushy.
  8. Pour carefully to avoid dissolving the rim.

  • If desired, rim the glass with lime and sea salt.
