  • Ricard (Pastis de Marseille)2 cl
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice2 cl
  • Orgeat syrup1 cl
  • Cold water16 cl
  • Lemon slicegarnish
Instructions
  1. 1Pour 2 cl Ricard into a glass.
  2. 2Pour 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice into the glass.
  3. 3Add 1 cl orgeat syrup.
  4. 4Stir to combine.
  5. 5Top with 16 cl cold water.
  6. 6Add ice.

Pro Tip

  • Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint leaf.
  • Serve with a straw.
