Ingredients
  • vodka4 oz
  • creamy peanut butter, divided, plus more for rimming3 Tbsp
  • M&M's, crushed (for rimming)1/4 cup
  • heavy cream1 oz
  • chocolate liqueur1/2 oz
  • crème de cacao1/4 oz
  • peanut butter whiskey (e.g., Skrewball)1/4 oz
  • iceas needed
Instructions
  1. 1Blend 4 oz vodka with 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  2. 2Transfer to an airtight container.
  3. 3Freeze until very cold, at least 8 hours and up to 24.
  4. 4Strain through cheesecloth or a very fine-mesh sieve.
  5. 5Discard solids.
  6. 6Spread the remaining 1 Tbsp peanut butter on a plate.
  7. 7Spread the crushed M&M’s on another plate.
  8. 8Dip the rim of a rocks glass in peanut butter.
  9. 9Dip the rim into the candies.
  10. 10Shake off excess.
  11. 11In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz heavy cream, 1/2 oz chocolate liqueur, 1/4 oz crème de cacao, 1/4 oz peanut butter whiskey, and 1 1/2 oz peanut butter–infused vodka.
  12. 12Add ice.
  13. 13Shake vigorously until very cold, about 20 seconds.
  14. 14Strain into the prepared glass.
