🥃Ingredients

  • vodka4 oz
  • creamy peanut butter, divided, plus more for rimming3 Tbsp
  • M&M's, crushed (for rimming)1/4 cup
  • heavy cream1 oz
  • chocolate liqueur1/2 oz
  • crème de cacao1/4 oz
  • peanut butter whiskey (e.g., Skrewball)1/4 oz

👨‍🍳Instructions

  1. Blend 4 oz vodka with 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container.
  3. Freeze until very cold, at least 8 hours and up to 24.
  4. Strain through cheesecloth or a very fine-mesh sieve.
  5. Discard solids.
  6. Spread the remaining 1 Tbsp peanut butter on a plate.
  7. Spread the crushed M&M’s on another plate.
  8. Dip the rim of a rocks glass in peanut butter.
  9. Dip the rim into the candies.
  10. Shake off excess.
  11. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz heavy cream, 1/2 oz chocolate liqueur, 1/4 oz crème de cacao, 1/4 oz peanut butter whiskey, and 1 1/2 oz peanut butter–infused vodka.
  12. Add ice.
  13. Shake vigorously until very cold, about 20 seconds.
  14. Strain into the prepared glass.
