Instructions
  1. 1Combine orujo and sugar in a heatproof pot.
  2. 2Add citrus peel.
  3. 3Add whole coffee beans.
  4. 4Add cinnamon.
  5. 5Stir gently.
  6. 6Ladle a small amount of liquid into a metal ladle, avoiding solids.
  7. 7Ignite the liquid in the ladle.
  8. 8Bring the burning ladle to the pot to ignite the surface.
  9. 9Let the punch burn.
  10. 10Ladle the flaming liquid and pour it back into the pot.
  11. 11Extinguish the flame or allow it to burn down.
