Ingredients
- Vanilla vodka50 ml
- Passion fruit liqueur20 ml
- Passion fruit purée50 ml
- Vanilla sugar2 barspoons
- Champagne (to serve on the side)50 ml
Instructions
- 1Add vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, and vanilla sugar to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well.
- 3Double strain into a large chilled cocktail glass.
- 4Serve a separate shot of chilled Champagne alongside.
