- London Dry gin (very cold)90 ml
- Dry (French) vermouth (cold)10 ml
- Lemon peel1 twist
- Lemonslice, to moisten rim
- Sugarfor frosting the rim
Instructions
- 1Chill a cocktail or coupe glass.
- 2Moisten the rim with a slice of lemon.
- 3Frost the rim with sugar.
- 4Add London Dry gin to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
- 5Add dry vermouth.
- 6Stir until very cold.
- 7Strain into the prepared glass.
- 8Express a lemon peel over the drink.
- 9Add the peel as garnish.
