- Sake75 ml
- Strawberries (fresh)6–8 medium, hulled and cut
- White sugar1 tbsp
- Iceto fill
Instructions
- 1Add cut strawberries and sugar to a shaker.
- 2Muddle well.
- 3Fill the shaker with ice.
- 4Add the sake.
- 5Shake briefly.
- 6Pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

- Chill the rocks glass first.
- Alternatively, build directly in the glass by muddling, adding ice, then sake, and giving a short shake or stir.
