  • dark rum120 ml
  • Advocaat180 ml
  • single cream240 ml
  • whole milk360 ml
  • golden syrup2 tbsp
  • ground ginger1.5 tsp (plus extra to garnish)
  • ground cinnamon1.5 tsp
  • cinnamon sticks (garnish)6
Instructions
  1. 1Whisk all ingredients in a large jug, except the cinnamon sticks.
  2. 2Fill 6 short glasses with ice.
  3. 3Divide the drink among the glasses.
  4. 4Garnish each with a light sprinkle of ground ginger and a cinnamon stick.
