Ingredients
  • Cognac (brandy)5/6 oz
  • Aged blended Caribbean rum (6–10 years)5/6 oz
  • Rich simple syrup (2:1)1/3 oz
  • Whole milk5/6 oz
  • Fresh egg (whole: white & yolk)1
Instructions
  1. 1Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. 2Prepare freshly grated nutmeg.
  3. 3Shake all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4Strain back into the shaker.
  5. 5Dry-shake without ice.
  6. 6Fine-strain into the ice-filled glass.
  7. 7Dust the top with freshly grated nutmeg.
