- Rich simple syrup (2:1)1/4 oz (7.5 ml)
- Chilled water1 oz (30 ml)
- Boiling water3 oz (90 ml)
Instructions
- 1Warm a toddy glass.
- 2Place a bar spoon in the warmed glass.
- 3Pour in the gin.
- 4Pour in the rich syrup.
- 5Pour in the chilled water.
- 6Pour in the boiling water.
- 7Stir to combine.
- 8Express an orange zest horse’s neck.
