- Blended Scotch whisky1.5 oz
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)0.25 oz
- Honey syrup (3 parts honey : 1 part water by weight)0.25 oz
- Rich cane syrup (2:1)0.17 oz (approx 1/6 oz)
- Cloves, dried3
- Boiling water2 oz
- Lemon slicegarnish
Instructions
- 1Pre-heat a toddy glass.
- 2Add whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup, and rich cane syrup to the warmed glass.
- 3Add the cloves.
- 4Top with boiling water.
- 5Gently stir to combine.

- Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim and a cinnamon stick in the glass.
