Ingredients
  • Blended Scotch whisky1.5 oz
  • Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)0.25 oz
  • Honey syrup (3 parts honey : 1 part water by weight)0.25 oz
  • Rich cane syrup (2:1)0.17 oz (approx 1/6 oz)
  • Cloves, dried3
  • Boiling water2 oz
  • Lemon slicegarnish
Instructions
  1. 1Pre-heat a toddy glass.
  2. 2Add whisky, lemon juice, honey syrup, and rich cane syrup to the warmed glass.
  3. 3Add the cloves.
  4. 4Top with boiling water.
  5. 5Gently stir to combine.

Pro Tip

  • Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim and a cinnamon stick in the glass.
