Ingredients
- Fresh lime juice1 oz
- Fresh orange juice3/4 oz
- Unsweetened pineapple juice3/4 oz
- Honey syrup (1:1)1 oz
- Passion fruit syrup3/4 oz
- Falernum (e.g., Velvet Falernum)1/2 oz
- Blended lightly aged rum (light/Puerto Rican style)1 oz
- Column still aged rum (gold/Virgin Islands style)1 oz
- Black pot still rum (dark Jamaican)3/4 oz
- Angostura bitters1 dash
- Black blended overproof rum (Demerara 151) — float3/4 oz
Instructions
- 1Add all ingredients except the overproof rum to a drink mixer tin with 18 oz crushed ice plus 4–6 small cubes.
- 2Flash-blend 3–4 seconds.
- 3Open-pour with a gated finish into the glass.
- 4Float the overproof rum on top.
- 5Garnish with a mint sprig.
