Ingredients
- Cherry juice2 liters
- Orange peel (pared with a vegetable peeler)from 3 oranges
- Red chilli (thumb-sized), pierced a few times and left whole1
- Cinnamon sticks3
- Whole cloves10
- Fresh ginger, sliced6 slices
- Vodka (optional, for alcoholic version)200 ml or 25 ml per glass
Instructions
- 1Combine juices and soda in a punch bowl.
- 2Add scoops of sherbet.
- 3Allow the sherbet to float and foam.
