  • Brandy75 ml
  • Honey100 g
  • Cinnamon sticks2
  • Cardamom pods4
  • Cloves3
  • Orange zestfrom 1 orange
  • To serve: raisins and blanched almondsto taste
Instructions
  1. 1Warm the wine, brandy, honey, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, cloves, and orange zest together in a pan until hot.
  2. 2Strain through a sieve.
  3. 3Serve hot with raisins and blanched almonds.
