Ingredients
- Sweetened condensed milk56 oz
- Evaporated milk48 oz
- Cream of coconut (e.g., Coco Lopez)24 oz
- Vanilla extract4 tsp
- Ground cinnamon4 tsp
- Ground nutmeg1 tsp
- Puerto Rican rum (white, añejo, or spiced)750 ml (1 bottle)
Instructions
- 1Combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2Stir.
- 3Bring just to a simmer.
- 4Remove from heat.
- 5Let cool.
- 6Stir in the rum.
- 7Transfer to sealable bottles.
- 8Add a cinnamon stick to each bottle.
- 9Seal.
- 10Refrigerate.
- 11Serve over ice.
