Milk Egg Cream
Ingredients
  • Sweetened condensed milk56 oz
  • Evaporated milk48 oz
  • Cream of coconut (e.g., Coco Lopez)24 oz
  • Vanilla extract4 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon4 tsp
  • Ground nutmeg1 tsp
  • Puerto Rican rum (white, añejo, or spiced)750 ml (1 bottle)
Instructions
  1. 1Combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2Stir.
  3. 3Bring just to a simmer.
  4. 4Remove from heat.
  5. 5Let cool.
  6. 6Stir in the rum.
  7. 7Transfer to sealable bottles.
  8. 8Add a cinnamon stick to each bottle.
  9. 9Seal.
  10. 10Refrigerate.
  11. 11Serve over ice.
