  • Evaporated milk48 oz
  • Cream of coconut (e.g., Coco Lopez)24 oz
  • Vanilla extract4 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon4 tsp

  • Puerto Rican rum (white, añejo, or spiced)750 ml (1 bottle)

👨‍🍳Instructions

  1. Combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir.
  3. Bring just to a simmer.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Stir in the rum.
  7. Transfer to sealable bottles.
  8. Add a cinnamon stick to each bottle.
  9. Seal.
  10. Refrigerate.
