  • Lemon soda (gasosa)10 cl
  • Fresh orange juice6.5 cl
  • Fresh lemon juice6.5 cl
  • Grape brandy (aguardente vínica)3 cl
  • Sugar or simple syrup2 tbsp
  • Apple, slicedto taste
  • Orange, slicedto taste
  • Lemon, slicedto taste
  • Fresh mint leaves7–8 leaves
  • Cinnamon sticks2–3
  • Iceas needed
Instructions
  1. 1Add ice to a pitcher.
  2. 2Add mint to the pitcher.
  3. 3Add sliced apple to the pitcher.
  4. 4Add orange to the pitcher.
  5. 5Add lemon to the pitcher.
  6. 6Add orange juice to the pitcher.
  7. 7Add lemon juice to the pitcher.
  8. 8Add sugar/syrup to the pitcher.
  9. 9Stir.
  10. 10Add Licor Beirão.
  11. 11Add grape brandy.
  12. 12Add red wine.
  13. 13Top with lemon soda.
  14. 14Gently stir to combine.

  • Garnish with mint and a cinnamon stick.
